Born and raised in Southern California, Brandon has always had the entrepreneurial spirit. As a child, Brandon spent many summers mowing lawns, washing cars & walking dogs. In his teenage years, he had a number of starter jobs including McDonalds, sign spinning, restaurant hosting and even building retainers in an orthodontal lab. In short, he was always looking for a way to make money, even from a very young age.
At 18 years old, after graduating from Murrieta Valley High School - Brandon went straight into the real estate business. No way was he going to spend anymore time in a classroom! He spent the first two years of his career working as a mortgage loan officer - primarily selling his loan services via phone. Have you seen the movie Boiler Room? This was a great experience for Brandon and he enjoyed being able to connect with people all over the US without ever having to leave his office in Temecula. It was also his first peek into how lucrative a commission based sales job could be - which really motivated him! In 2007, Brandon went on to obtain his real estate license. Soon thereafter, the market crashed and it was Bank Owned & Short Sale time!! What a great experience this would be, for him to really be able to start his Realtor career in one of the worst markets ever seen - during the Great Recession. There was no place to go but up!
Over the next 10 years, Brandon would leave Temecula and enter both Orange County & Los Angeles. He went from selling single family tract homes to assisting clients with luxury property, land, apartment buildings, leasing and commercial sales. He also went on to start his own house-flipping business. Once again, his lifelong theme of gaining experiences in different faucets of business continued, namely within the real estate industry.
Everything to this point really prepared Brandon for his break out moment - which came in 2019 when he launched his real estate building company with an experienced real estate developer partner. Brandon offered youth, energy, and a somewhat impressive real estate resume to that point. His partner offered 40 years of building, real estate development and land entitlement - which was something Brandon desperately wanted to learn. As the two joined forces, they assembled an impressive team and began to break ground on a number of projects, including a $32M mid-rise condo project in the Koreatown neighborhood of Los Angeles.
Flash forward to today, Brandon is involved in two primary businesses: The real estate development & building company named Inland Development i.e. Inland Builders. And number two, the real estate sales brokerage, named Skymark Real Estate. Brandon is a partner/owner in both. In addition to these primary two companies, Brandon also invests in multi-family real estate with a family group called BCGK. Together they have quietly amassed a small portfolio of apartment building rental units and continue to welcome those who want to join the cashflow journey along the way!
Brandon lives in Los Angeles with his wife Morgan, his two-year-old son Vincenzo and his newborn daughter Chiara.
